If you proceed to register and use this Application, you hereby agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern SkyTOP mCarFix LTD’s relationship with you, with regards to the Application. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed. The term ‘SkyTOP Technologies or ‘us’ or ‘we’, refer to the owners and creators of the Application, whose registered office is in Nairobi Kenya. The term ‘you’ or ‘user’ refers to the viewer or user of the Application.

Refund Policy

In the event that you experience a problem with this application, please contact our support team at support@mcarfix.com , for assistance. We will reply to you within 24 hours, or the next business day to try and resolve any issues. You will be asked to give a valid reason for a refund request and we may suggest alternative ways to provide you with a solution.

A valid reason is constituted by the following:

The Application is completely unusable, and all attempts to resolve the problem with customer support have been exhausted.
Installation has failed on the users device, or
Two or more functionalities in the application are unavailable.
